Where is blacklist in slapt-get

How can I blacklist packages in slapt-get. I see option in Gslapt but can I do it by editing some configuration file?

Look in /etc/slapt-get/slapt-getrc

EXCLUDE=^aaa_elflibs,^aaa_base,^devs,^glibc.*,^kernel-.*,^udev,^rootuser-settings,^zzz-settings.*,-x86_64-,^R*

Only ^R* is added by me. Do all others also need to be there?
