I'm running Salix 14.2 xfce, but now I want to install kde. Now the issue is: What should I download to get a fully functioning kde-desktop?
I've tried slapt-get -i kde-workplace, but that doesn't seem to be sufficient (when logging in I had no panel, no icons, etc).

Re: KDE installation
I found the command in another thread, so I'm testing now.
Update:
Now, I'm running kde and it works very well.
Code: Select all
sudo slapt-get --install-set mate
Code: Select all
sudo slapt-get --install-set kde
