Missing dependency in deluge package

I installed Deluge from the 64-bit repository and it failed to start with a missing SSL module error. Installing PySSL from the repository solved this problem. It seems like the deluge package is missing PySSL as a dependency.

Should be pretty easy to fix, right? :D
