My first try was via FlatPak and that was a mess, and just purge that installation because have a lot of missing packages and configurations to make it work correctly
This is my second try and using gslapt i had installed the follow packages :
Code: Select all
python-requests
python-certifi
python-idna
libvirt-python
libvirt-glib
radvd
open-iscsi
netcat-openbsd
lvm2-lockd
spice-protocol
spice
spice-vdagent
spice-guest-tools
usbredir
x11spice
osinfo-db
osinfo-db-tools
yajl
numactl
device-tree-compiler
libnfs
snappy
vde2
virglrenderer
virt-manager
qemu-guest-agent
qemu
xf86-video-qxl
Code: Select all
slapt-get -u ; slapt-get -i python-requests python-certifi python-idna libvirt-python libvirt-glib radvd open-iscsi netcat-openbsd lvm2-lockd spice-protocol spice spice-vdagent spice-guest-tools usbredir x11spice osinfo-db osinfo-db-tools yajl numactl device-tree-compiler libnfs snappy vde2 virglrenderer virt-manager qemu-guest-agent qemu xf86-video-qxl
The thing is when i try make a New Virtual Machine i got messages like :
unsupported configuration: domain configuration does not support video model 'qxl'
[ Type : SpiceVMC ]unsupported configuration: USB redirection is not supported by this version of QEMU
unsupported configuration: spice graphics are not supported with this QEMU
[ i presume libslirp is need for this but not in salix repo ]: 'Requested operation is not valid: network 'default' is not active'
If i change Video from QLX to Boch, delete USB Redirector 1 & 2 and delete the Network Interface Device i got the follow message
I delete the "Channel Spice" i can boot but the virtual machine not had things like i need to test like Network Connection and the "VirtualGL"internal error: qemu unexpectedly closed the monitor: 2025-03-27T00:30:48.997616Z qemu-system-x86_64: -chardev spicevmc,id=charchannel0,name=vdagent: 'spicevmc' is not a valid char driver name
What i should do for the "virtio 3d acceleration" can be supported ?unsupported configuration: virtio 3d acceleration is not supported
Just for the Dunnos, VirtGL is not the same project of VirtualGL ?
Well i hope someone can do something for make this just a packages installables from salix repository.
