Claws-mail and Face/X-Face support

Does Claws-mail have Face/X-Face support?

I tried with

But I'm pretty sure I saw a face some days ago in a newsgroup!

Yes, but I've also read somewhere that face support must be enabled at compile time...and I tried again now, it doesn't seem to work

UPDATE: It seems to support Face only, not X-Face. I also installed compface from slacky.eu.
