It's amassing how attached you become to them.
Not the same without a Canine family member so a puppy arrived 12/09 Bart the Giant Schnauzer at 8 weeks of age. He is now 16 mos and a real handful.... Energy^10..
Your right there. We already got a new dog at Christmas for my daughter. His name is Eduardo, a chiweenie which is a cross between the Chihuahua and the Dachshund. Eduardo looks a little like Bart. And, my family just announce that the got me a dog for my birthday. He's a mix of Rottweiler and Mastiff. This dog is going to be big, he's already 40 lbs at 2 1/2 months. We are picking him up Friday morning at 5 am in Southington. He from a rescue shelter in Ohio and is coming via a pet transportation service, so there's not any choice on where or when. Eduardo came the same way.
