First problem in a long while:
When I try to watch certain Youtube videos, the playback looks bad. It's like watching a 3D movie without the glasses -- the colors and images don't match-up properly.
Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bLpROhIg ... re=related (Note: the advertisement played fine)
Any ideas?? This sucks. Thanks.

Re: Flash Problem: Youtube videos play, but look terrible.
Hey Gapan.
This is a new problem for me on my Salix box. Never had it happen before -- flash always worked fine. As a test I ran Puppy from a thumb drive and it played the same videos fine, so I'm thinking....
...well that's just it. I don't understand my system well enough to troubleshoot. A blind stab at it might involve uninstalling and then reinstalling flash, or maybe something is wonky in the mozilla/firefox caches, but I don't wanna start "doing stuff" unless I know what I'm doing.
So yeah. Any ideas?

Ok,
so like you said: FLASH SUCKS. Anyway, I found a page identifying the issue and listing solutions. The first one worked for me; namely, blocking Youtube cookies.

Thanks for posting the fix, it will certainly be useful for other folks affected by this.

What really matters is where you are going, not where you come from.
