magnet/torrent issue with firefox 16.0.2

When i click in "get this torrent" in a torrents sites using firefox i get this message:

"The address was not understood
Firefox does not know how to open this address, because the protocol (magnet) is not associated with any program, you may need to install additional software to view this address"


I have Transmission installed and works fine with Midori browser

Any help?

Which Salix version and edition? Works for me in Fluxbox 13.37. Does Firefox fail to present a dialog to ask which program to use?

I'm using Xfce 14.0 RC1. and yes, Firefox fail to present a dialog to ask which program to use.
