Hey so I followed the instructions on this website to install my AMD ATI (Radeon HD 5670) drivers. And they seemed to install fine but I recently hooked up to HDMI now the graphics on my screen don't fit my entire monitor. My friend told me to open up the CCC and change the settings to fix it. So I opened it up and it told me I needed to run it as root to change the settings. Ok well simple enough I try to run the root one and... nope didn't work.. So let's try running amdcccle in terminal as root. Then I get this output
Qt: Session management error: None of the authentication protocols specified are supported
**
GLib-GIO:ERROR:gdbusconnection.c:2279:initable_init: assertion failed: (connection->initialization_error == NULL)
Aborted
I need help this is killing my eyes
