I'm afraid I can't help with your specific problem, but as you say you might need help with using terminal, I wonder if you've had a look at the Salix User Guide, available in a number of languages:
http://www.salixos.org/wiki/index.php/S ... rtup_Guide
Somewhere around Chapter Four is a section on getting started with the command line.
Also, do search the forum and look at the Salix wiki, if you haven't already. http://www.linuxquestions.org is a very good general site.
Finally, it will help people to help you solve your problem if you are as specific as possible about what you tried and what happened. "Doesn't work" is not very informative.
A lot of users have had similar problems, and the Sakis 3g script works for some cases. This may not be an easy problem to solve. There is no step by step guide - it's a question of working out what to do.
Good luck!

download modemmanager, mobile broadband provider, networkmanager, networkmanager applet .txz file. And then install with spkg -i, go to system-->system service mark networkmanager and unmark wicd, go to settings-->session&startup and unmark wicd, reboot, DONE !! thanks for all
