I made my tray dispensary completely and made additional panel, how can i restore the original settings?

Try Menu > Settings > Panel How many panels are listed? You may have "hidden" your original panel.

Well I don't think so, because I searched it and didn't found it, so I assumed I deleted the entire panel within menu.
But when I "right-click" on desktop all applications can bee showed.

Edit: I think, I need recreate launcher for menu, but I can't find the command, can you check it for me?
