ratpoison - "no screens found"

Hello,

I am a new to Salix OS.

I've just tried to install Salix ratpoison 64bit base-edition and start X.
/var/log/Xorg.0.log says "Fatal server error:" and "no screens found".

My graphic card is Radeon HD6670.

Did I have to make some configuration during installation?

Please give me suggestions.

I dont think that card is supported by the 13.37 kernel. Ratpoison 14.0 will probably be available before too long. In the mean time, you could either try a kernel upgrade, or install Salix 14.0 xfce and add ratpoison and its various adjuncts. The latter would also be a good way to test that the 14.0 kernel does indeed do the necessary.
