Setting up a local repo [SOLVED]

I am trying to setup a local repo and I have been following the wiki instructions on how to do so and I have ran into a little snag. It states that I need to mkdir /path/to/repo/.deb but where do I find the original path or do I just make one up? Thanks

Just make one up. Put it wherever you like.
