Bluetooth not working

I have following packages related to bluetooth installed:

I have also given this command:

/etc/rc.d/rc.bluetooth start

The bluetooth icon appears at startup and detects devices all right. But when I send any file to a device from this desktop, the 'sending file' dialog box appears, tries for a while and then 'request timeout' error message appears. I am not able to send files other devices. Where could be the problem? Bluetooth works all right on Debian linux system on this desktop. Thanks for your help.

Edit: I tried bluedevil from command line and following was the error output:

Hi,
Have the sender and receiving host been completely paired?
Has the bluetooth been properly configured?
If more error reports are given probably we can help.
