I thought you could install windows to an empty partition with Linux installed, however the Windows install will write to the MBR so when the computer boots (starts) it won't see the Linux operating system. @knome - it is working on the old 32 bit laptop (installed muParser and LibreCad from sourcery), but not working on the 64 bit desktop. I did get multilib installed and working.
